Cancelling Or Moving A Lesson
Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Text or call Paul at 954-865-9827 at least 24 hours before the lesson to cancel or move it, and the session is kept for you to reschedule.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if nobody shows up: [CONFIRM: what happens, e.g. the session counts as used, or a fee]
If Paul Cancels
If Paul has to cancel, the lesson is moved to a new time. [CONFIRM: proposed: or a refund for that session, if the customer prefers]
Weather And Park Conditions
Lessons are outdoors. Paul decides on the day whether rain, lightning, extreme heat or a wet or closed park make a lesson unsafe. If he calls it off for weather or the park's condition, the session is moved to a new time. [CONFIRM: proposed: at no cost to the customer] Florida afternoons are stormy, so morning or early evening slots are the safest bet in summer.
Running Late
If you are running late, text Paul. [CONFIRM: proposed: a lesson that starts late because of the skater still ends at the booked time]
Packages And Refunds
Package sessions can be used at either park. [CONFIRM: whether unused package sessions are refundable, and how] [CONFIRM: whether packages expire, and after how long]
